Paper Registration
Once your paper is accepted the registration phase begins. You have to complete following FOUR steps.
Step 1 - Registration Fee
It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the Proceedings and be included in the Technical Program. If an author has got more than one accepted papers, each paper has to be registered. Registration Fee includes listing the papers in the IEEE digital library, CD media of the Proceedings, Lunch, Morning & Evening Snacks and Triple Occupancy 3/4 START hotel A/C accommodation with buffet Breakfast.

All the registered participants/authors are eligible for CD media of the proceedings, which is slated to publish by the Conference Publishing Services. All the presented papers will be archived in the IEEE Xplore and IEEE CS Digital Library, which will be submitted for indexing in IEE INSPEC, EI (Compendex), Thomson ISI (ISTP), and other indexing services.. Step 2 - Copyright Transfer
All Authors have to sign (for their individual paper) Copyright Transfer Form, which is in PDF format and uploaded later in this space.
Step 3 - Camera Ready Paper Submission
You have to submit the camera ready paper in accordance with the standard double-column format. Camera Ready paper must follow the double column common template for proceedings. Failing this will result in rejection.
All papers must be submitted as PDF file format. All the accepted papers will be archived in the Digital Library. The IEEE double column common template guidelines, available at WORD | PDF

Step 4 - Registration
